Guide to the Lark Street BID
Lark Street is located two blocks west of the Empire State Plaza and one block east of Washington Park.
The Lark Street BID starts at the intersection of Lark Street and Madison Avenue. From there it goes down Delaware Avenue to Price Chopper, up Madison Avenue to Willett Street and down Lark Street to Washington Avenue.
