Lark Street is a constantly changing and developing District. On the rare instance that a storefront property becomes vacant, the Lark Street Business Improvement District tries to fit businesses to the space. Once a business decides to open on Lark Street, the BID assists in the process from who to talk to at City Hall, what programs they might qualify for to consultation on marketing and advertising. The Lark Street BID is committed to the long term prosperity of all the business in the District.
